Questions before you decide.

Never for the info session, and never before you choose to enroll. You only set up payment once your child's cohort has a confirmed start date and you choose to enroll. Even then, the first session is covered by our guarantee.
There's a first-session guarantee. If you're not satisfied after your child's first session, email us within 7 days and we'll refund that cycle or month's fee in full. No form, no explanation required. After that window, unattended sessions are refunded pro-rata in cash.
